The real estate market is mainly composed of foreclosure and/or bank owned properties.
Timing is essential in order to have a realistic chance at a property these days.
Receive an update listing of properties you are seeking as they become active on the MLS
(in some cases before they are on the system).
If you are serious about purchasing in the market this is the way to go!
