I have a cute & cozy mobile home for sale. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom has a huge tub and a stand in shower. There is a newley rescreened in porch and a nice size lot, fenced. One of the lots next to me is empty at the moment so thats a lot of space too, but that is only temporary. I just had the outside painted. All the bedrooms and bathrooms have a fresh coat of paint as well. My second bedroom is currently a nursery, but a new coat of paint can change that... if you want. It's perfect for a little girl though. The only room I haven't gotten to is the livingroom & kitchen all it really needs is a good paint job. I started to paint it, but since I'm preggers thats not allowed anymore so I cant finish. I laid down new plywood & sticky tile throughout the house when I first moved in so thats covered. It comes with standard appliances... washer/dryer/fridge/stove/microwave I am willing to negotiate a price. I'm having a little boy in July and I need a bigger place, hopefully you will enjoy my little trailer as much as I did. It's not much, but it is home, and I will miss it. The trailer is located inside of the Medowbrook Mobile Home Park which is off of Drexel Rd. and Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach. The park is constantly making many improvements... one recent is the gard tower which has a security guard after 9pm, and they also put a sherrifs office in the leasing building and they patrol the neighborhood a couple of times a day. They have also redone the speedbumps in the park and have started paving all of the driveways. There is an application and a fee to move into the park $100, this must be filled out before I sell you the trailer. If you buy the place and dont get approved for the application that would suck for the both of us. The lot rent is $510 a month, and my neighbors keep to themselves... which is pretty nice.
